Final expense agents have many choices for types of leads. One should be careful when buying their final expense leads as there are many out there that don't produce business. Final expense mailers work OK. You have to make sure that your vendor doesn't sell aged leads because you will find your leads there. Live transfer leads work the best because you are speaking to your prospect at the height of their interest, when they want information. When they filled out that mailer and sent it back, it will be over a week since they had their interest and could have called 15 agents to get quotes prior to your phone call. The worse thing then is to have the lead resold and another 15 agents are calling that prospect right after you. I prefer live transfer leads because I can get exclusive leads when I want without the worries of someone re-selling my leads.
